Welcome to 1080 WAREHOUSE MATTRESS FURNITURE INC. By engaging our logistics, forwarding, or warehouse services, you're agreeing to the framework outlined below. We don't believe in fine-print traps, just clear-cut professional standards.

1. Definitions of Service

In these agreements, "the Company" refers to 1080 WAREHOUSE MATTRESS FURNITURE INC, and "the Client" refers to the entity requesting transport or storage. Are we acting as a direct carrier or a forwarding agent? That distinction remains vital to liability limits under NY state transport laws.

2. Forwarding & Transit Liability

Our team treats every cargo unit as if it were our own. However, risk management is essential. Unless otherwise insured, our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to industry-standard SDR rates per kilogram. Don't worry, we'll always advise on additional coverage if your high-value freight requires it.

3. Payment Terms

Net 30. We're straightforward about our billing. Late payments disrupt the flow of the entire transit chain, so we apply a standard 1.5% monthly interest on overdue invoices. We believe in fair pay for fair play.

4. Warehouse & Freight Storage

Items stored at our Bronx facility (1080 Brook Avenue) are subject to standard warehousemen's liens. Who owns the space? We do, but your goods are handled with the highest security protocols in the industry.
